Shipping Time & Costs
We currently offer worldwide shipping with reliable courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Domestic (within Oman / local region): 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days depending on location
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you don’t see updates immediately, rest assured — your parcel is still on its way through our delivery network.
Delays & Customs
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions — especially during peak Halloween season.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work quickly to replace your items or issue a refund where appropriate.
